All details relative to the treatment and medical care received in hospital are gathered in a personal file protected by medical confidentiality. At the end of your stay, the file will be kept by the hospital. If necessary, you or a designated doctor will be able to have access to it by sending a written request to the hospital Management.
Principles Generals of the Charter of the In-patient
1 - The public service hospital is accessible to all and in particular to the most stripped people. It is adapted to the handicapped people.
2 - The health care institutions guarantee the quality of the treatments, the care and the reception.They are attentive with the relief of the pain.
3 - The information given to the patient must be accessible and honest.The patient takes part in the therapeutic choices which relate to it.
4 - An medical act can be practised only with the free and lit assent of the patient.
5 - A specific assent is planned in particular for the patients taking part in a biomedical research, for the gift and the use of elements and products of the human body and for the acts of tracking.
6 - The in-patient can, constantly, leave the establishment except exceptions envisaged by the law, after being informed of the possible risks that it incurs.
7 - The hospitalized person is treated with regard.Its beliefs are respected. Its intimacy must be preserved like its peace.
8 - The respect of the private life is guaranteed to any patient hospitalized as well as the confidentiality of the personal informations, medical and social which relate to it.
9 - The patient has access to the contained informations in his file in particular of a medical nature, via an expert whom it chooses freely.
10 - The in-patient expresses his observations on the care and the reception and has the right to ask for compensation for damage which it would estimate to have undergone.Supervising service is due to the provision of any person who wishes to consult it, the totality of the text. - Back on top
- The Users’ rights (CRU: Commission for relations with Users) :

The hospital has set up a commission monitoring the relations with patients and the quality of hospitalization in order to assist any patient who feels he/she has been the victim of hospital malfunction.
The commission ensures that your legal rights are respected and contributes to the quality of your hospitalization. The patients’ representatives also sit at CLIN. - Back on top
- Recommendations

Because of the risk of interferences with medical appliances and machines, the use of mobile telephones is forbidden on the premises.
It is forbidden to smoke in the hospital (decree of 29/03/92)
Fire emergency instructions are displayed on each floor. You must read them.
No alcoholic beverage or in general nothing that could prove harmful to the patient’s health should be brought in by visitors or accompanying parents without the Consultant’s agreement.
Because of infection risks, animals are not allowed within the hospital.

Fire Safety :
In our establishment, all current fire regulations are duly enforced. Evacuation procedures are displayed in the rooms and all public areas.
It is essential that in case of emergency you should remain calm and follow the instructions of the staff specially trained for this type of incident.
Hygiene :
The hospital puts at your disposal clean and well maintained premises. Visitors and patients should keep them that way.
Any serious damage done to hospital property must be paid for.

In the strict respect of the medical secret, the private clinic manages a data file of the medical data and administrative of the patients whom it deals with; except opposition of your share, certain information concerning you, collected during your consultation or of your hospiitalisation, could be the subject of a data-processing recording reserved for the exclusive use of your doctor.
